FAQs
-
Group Coaching: These are small virtual group coaching sessions led by a mental health professional to help you stay accountable and reach your specific goals. As a group member, you’ll receive support, encouragement, and actionable steps in real-time to overcome obstacles and stay motivated.
Individual Coaching: Individual coaching begins with a 15min personal consultation session, then 1:1 Coaching Sessions 4x/week.
The coach's primary role is to provide accountability toward your goals and habits. During a coaching session, you can expect your coach to help you identify a plan and objectives for the day while reviewing progress with past plans or objectives. Then, your coach will support you to problem-solve barriers and break down objectives/tasks into smaller, more manageable steps. Depending on your goals or focus, your coach may have you initiate a task you've been avoiding or reinforce relevant executive functioning skillsets during the session.
Please note that coaching is not therapy nor a substitute for therapy or treatment.

Attention Control: The ability to selectively focus on relevant information and ignore distractions.
Working Memory: The ability to temporarily store and manipulate information in the mind.
Inhibition: The ability to stop or control impulses and delay gratification.
Emotion Regulation: The ability to recognize and manage emotions in oneself and others.
Planning and Decision-Making: The ability to set goals, develop plans, and make decisions.
Flexibility: The ability to switch between tasks and adapt to changing demands.
Challenges with executive functioning are commonly experienced by those with ADHD and those who are in a highly demanding or stressful environment. Improving executive functioning helps to solve problems effectively, make decisions, and achieve goals.
